GAME NOTES
• The game's result marked LCU's third tie of the season. LCU is now 2-6-12 all-time in games ending in overtime (0-0-3 this season). Add Tuesday's 1-1 tie at Texas Woman's and LCU has consecutive games resulting in a draw for the first time in program history. The three draws matches a program single-season high, which was established last season.
• Knesek's two goals marks her as the third Lady Chap to record a multi-goal game this season, as she joins Jamie Boone and Kate O'Gara.
• LCU outshot OC 33-12 and on-goal 14-7. Each mark was a season high on the road, with the 33 shots on the road serving as the most on the road since posting 39 on Sept. 1, 2010 at McMurry (first road game in program history) and the 14 on-goal on the road serving as the most since 15 on Oct.31, 2015 at Texas Permian Basin.
• OC goalkeeper Corina Schanz made 11 saves, becoming the fourth opposing goalkeeper to make at least 11 saves against LCU this season.
• The Lady Chaps move to 22-9-2 all-time in Heartland Conference games and 8-7-1 all-time in Heartland Conference road games (LCU is winless in six consecutive conference road games 0-5-1).
• With the draw, LCU is 1-2-2 on the road this season and are 17-20-3 all-time on the road under head coach Alex Denning. Overall all-time, LCU is 27-30-5 on the road.
• The meeting was the seventh all-time meeting between the two programs and the first one OC avoided a loss, as LCU is 6-0-1 all-time in the head-to-head series.
