GAME INFORMATION
Score: Lubbock Christian 0, Rogers State 0
Records: Lubbock Christian (9-6-2, 6-5-2), Rogers State (12-3-2, 8-3-2)
Location: LCU Soccer Field (Lubbock, Texas)

LCU HIGHLIGHTS
• Lubbock Christian University kept their playoff hopes alive Thursday afternoon in a 0-0 draw against Rogers State University at LCU Soccer Field.
• Lubbock Christian's women tabbed 17 shots for the day, five of which landed on target.
• The result marks the second draw of the season for LCU, both of which have been scoreless matches at home.

GAME NOTES
Hannah Wise provided five saves on the day for her 10th clean sheet of the season.
• Following the result, Lubbock Christian's season will boil down to their final regular season match Saturday against Newman University. LCU stands in fifth place for Heartland standings, just three points behind Newman. Although the Lady Chaps are in need of a win over the Jets, they must also win by a margin of two or more goals. Winning by one goal will force a head-to-head that will not favor LCU.
• The Lady Chaparral's 17 shots came from all over the field as 10 players provided efforts on the offensive end of the field for Lubbock Christian.
• LCU's 0-0 draw raises their scoreless sequence to 290:00, a mark that began in a 3-0 loss at Dallas Baptist (Oct. 19).
• Head coach Alex Denning and his squad have now pushed their non-losing streak against the Hillcats to eight consecutive matches. The last time the LCU fell to RSU was prior to the Denning era in a 1-0 loss in Claremore, Okla. during the 2011 season.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
10: Lubbock Christian's defense has now provided 10 shutouts on the season, marking a program record that was previously set in the 2016 campaign with eight clean sheet performances.

UP NEXT
The Lady Chaparrals will close out their 2017 regular season schedule Saturday afternoon with a Heartland Conference tilt against Newman University. Kickoff against the Jets is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at LCU Soccer Field. The match will serve as senior day with senior recognition beginning 30 minutes prior to kick off. Lubbock Christian holds a 4-2-0 record over NU in a series that spans four seasons and dates back to the 2013 campaign. Though the Lady Chaps hold an edge over the Jets in the overall series, Newman has won the past two meetings including a 1-0 win over LCU in Wichita, Kan. earlier this season (Sept. 28).
