Match 1
LCU surrendered the point from doubles, as

Anastasiia Khrustaleva claimed LCU's only doubles match win. Jacquemin and Khrustaleva would be the only singles winners as well for LCU.
Oshini Herath was LCU's lone singles competitor to fall in a tie-breaker, as she fell 10-8 in her No.5 match tie-breaker.

| WHAT HEAD COACH JASON SPEEGLE HAD TO SAY |
Our tandem of Anastasiia Khrustaleva and Axelle Jacquemin led the way for us today. They won their doubles and both of their singles to put us in position. We played hard against an experienced Nebraska Kearney squad and had a chance at the end

Match 2
LCU had to try and rally in singles in their second match of the afternoon, as again, Jacquemin and Khrustaleva were the only doubles team to win their match. The two individually won their singles match, but the only Lady Chap with a change of fortune from their prior match was
Michelle Trochez, who won her No.3 singles match. Herath was unable to change her fortune, dropping a second straight No.4 match tie-breaker (10-6). Herath was attempting to battle back from dropping her first set, just as
Emily-Bo Meyer was. Meyer dropped her first set, but then won the second set 7-5 before losing the No.4 match tie-breaker 10-8.

| WHAT HEAD COACH JASON SPEEGLE HAD TO SAY |
We are making matches difficult by losing the doubles point. Our young players battled back winning the first set in each of the top 5 singles spots. We lost a couple of tiebreakers that ultimately decided the match. We are growing with each match and that's exciting to see
