LUBBOCK, Texas - The Lubbock Christian University men's soccer team wrapped up their regular season schedule with a 1-0 loss to Texas A&M International. The loss eliminates the Chaps from Lone Star Conference Tournament eligibility.
The Chaps conclude the 2023 season with a 6-4-7 overall record and 2-3-4 in Lone Star play.
How it Happened
- The Dustdevils broke the 0-0 tie when Jordan Mase found the back of the net in the 34th minute.
- The Chaps had opportunities throughout the match but were unable to crack the Dustdevil defense.
Game Notes
- Goalkeeper Tom Miles piled up three saves for the Chaparrals out of four total Dustdevils shots. Miles ends the season with 89 total saves out of 225 shots faced.
