Vs. WC
Shifting over to Texas Tech to host WC, LCU opened with the doubles team point. WC did not field a third double team, so LCU needed one doubles team win to claim the team point. With two points in singles, by default wins, adding to the doubles point, LCU had a 3-0 lead before singles matches were underway. LCU cruised in singles with Jacquemin, Oshini, Meyer and Adler won their singles matches. Jacquemin had set scores of 6-1, 6-0 in her No.1 match against Marija Ristanovic. Adler, Herath and Meyer each won their third consecutive singles match and Adler's win moved her to 3-0 in duals.
The win was LCU's second 7-0 duals win this season. They are now on a four-match win streak in duals.
In Summary
The trio of dual victories has LCU 5-2 this season and they now prepare to host St. Mary's Friday for their first Lone Star Conference duals match in program history.
