LUBBOCK, Texas - The Lubbock Christian University women's soccer team and UT Permian Basin finished in a 1-1 draw Wednesday at the LCU Soccer & Track Complex.
The tie moved the Lady Chap's record to 4-2-3 overall and 1-1-1 in Lone Star Conference action.
How it Happened
- After a back and fourth first half, LCU started the scoring when Anna Brandt scored her first goal of the season in the 66th minute, assisted by Emily Douglas.
- The Falcons evened the game on a goal from Tatiana Leggiero in the 78th minute.
- Neither team added another goal in the match.

- Kara Murray totaled five saves for the Lady Chaps out of 11 total Falcons shots.
- LCU took 20 shots, eight of which were on goal.
