Looking for Dubs in the DFW: LCU Heads to Dallas For NCAA Tournament

DALLAS, Texas (March 10, 2026) – For the eighth time in program history and the sixth-straight season, Lubbock Christian University is headed to the NCAA Tournament.
 
The Chaps are the No. 3 seed in the South Central Regional, which is hosted by Dallas Baptist at the Burg Center for the second-straight season. They will take on the No. 6 seed Black Hills State in the opening round at noon on Saturday. The other six teams in the regional are DBU, Eastern New Mexico, Western New Mexico, St. Edward's, St. Mary's and Colorado Mesa.
 
Tickets can be purchased online starting on Wednesday, March 11 at Noon CT. All-Session Passes are available for $40 for adults and $30 for kids and seniors. Single-Session Passes are $15 for adults, or $10 for youth and seniors.
 
Fans who can't make it to the game will be able to follow along via live stream for free through the NCAA Championship Pass, or through live stats. Links to follow LCU games will be posted on the men's basketball schedule page, and the rest of the links for the tournament will be available on the Tournament Central page soon.
 
This will be the first-ever meeting between Lubbock Christian and Black Hills State in men's basketball. The Chaps are a combined 5-3 against the other six teams in the regional.
 
LCU is currently 27-5 on the season, matching their program record for wins, which they set in 2022. The Chaps finished tied for second in the Lone Star Conference standings, with a 17-3 league record.
 
Lubbock Christian is led by LSC Player of the Year Amondo Miller Jr. and Newcomer of the Year Antonio Pusateri, who were both named to the league's First Team. Miller leads the LSC in scoring with an average of 20.8 points per game, while Pusateri is the league's top rebounder and 10.8 boards per contest.
 
If the Chaps win on Saturday, they will advance to face the winner of the game between No. 2-seed Eastern New Mexico and No. 7-seed St. Mary's. The semifinal game is slated for 5 p.m. on Sunday.
