2022 (GRADUATE) : Produced her first NFCA All-America season, while also becoming a two-time NFCA All-Region and LSC All-Conference First Team selection... Her defensive play also received Golden Glove honors by the LSC... One of five Lady Chaps to start in all 51 games, she hit .347... Co-led the nation in sacrifice flies (7), reaching a share of the second-best single-season mark in sacrifice flies in program history... Ranked 10th in the LSC in RBI per game (.86) and hit 10 home runs on the season to place her with 20 in her LCU career... Co-led the team in multi-hit games (17), tied for second in multi-RBI games (12) and finished third on the squad in slugging percentage (.653)... Produced a team-leading 111 total bases and led the team defensively with 119 assists... Led the team in hits with runners on base (35) and in hits with runners in scoring position (26)... With runners on third base and less than two outs, she led the team with 16 RBI, posting a conversion rate of .615... She co-led the team in hits off left-handed pitchers with eight...

2021 (SENIOR) : NFCA All-South Central Region selection hit a team-leading .397 on the season.... She co-led LCU with eight home runs (tied for 13th in conference) and posted 38 RBI on the season (12th in the LSC)... Makemson was named NFCA National Player of the Week on Feb. 9 after hitting .692 (9-for-13) at the LCU Invitational...

2020 (JUNIOR - COVID SEASON) : Was one of four players to start all 26 games during their COVID-shortened season... Had a 1.006 OPS (second on the team) after hitting .352 with 25 hits and 14 RBI... Led the team with 12 walks, leading to a team-best .471 on-base percentage...

College Prior to LCU:
2019 (SOPHOMORE - TJC) : Joined the LCU roster from Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas... The infielder hit .402 in 61 games in 2019, producing 11 home runs and 67 RBI... Her 67 RBI ranked 28th nationally.

2018 (FRESHMAN - LaTech) : Spent her freshman season (2018) at Louisiana Tech. She appeared in 16 games, mostly as a pinch runner, and was 0-for-4 at the plate… Reached base with one walk and scored one run.

High School:
Split her high school career at two different high school, as she attended Milikan High School in Long Beach, Calif. and Wakeland High School in Frisco, Texas... She claimed All-League accolades as a Freshman at Milikan and was a two-time All-District selection at Wakeland, where she also claimed the program's MVP honor... Makemson played amateur softball in the Texas Glory system.
