Biography

2022 (LCU) -
Galietero Diez was one of the best goal scorers in the LSC in his senior season. For his efforts he was named a LSC First Team All-Conference member. Galietero Diez recorded 21 points with nine goals and three assists on the season. He took 44 shots with 21 being on target. He recorded his first career hat trick on Aug. 25 against Adams St. 

2021 (LCU) -
Galietero Diez returned to form for the Chaps in 2021, scoring four goals and recording two assists for 10 total points, the fourth-most on the team. He scored a goal and tallied an assist in Lubbock Christian's 6-0 victory over UT Permian Basin on Nov. 9 in the first round of the Lone Star Conference Tournament. He fired 18 shots with nine of those being on goal. Galietero Diez played in 16 matches, recording eight starts, spending 619 minutes on the pitch.

2020-2021 (LCU) -
Galietero Diez battled injury throughout the year, still playing in eight games, including three starts. The Spain native made an impact during his 392 minutes on the field, scoring twice and putting five total shots on goal. He found the back of the net for the game-winner in the March 16 game against Texas A&M-International, and he scored again on March 30 at Dallas Baptist. 

2019 (LCU) - 
As a freshman with the Chaps, Galietero Diez made an impact right away, playing in all 18 games, including 15 starts. He scored five goals and added in three assists, becoming one of only three LCU players to reach the double-digit point mark during the season. Gailetero Diez had an assist on the game-winning goal in his first collegiate game and scored his first collegiate goal on 9/14 at Oklahoma Baptist. On 9/26, he had a career-high four points, scoring one goal and assisting on two more.
