Biography

Sophmore Season - Odessa College

Kirstie would appear in 48 games while starting 34.  She would finish the season with a .392 batting average and 14 RBI.  On the bases she would have 26 stolen bases while only being caught twice.  She would be named to the 2012 NJCAA Region 5 West Tournament Team and the WJCAC All-Conference Team.

 

Freshman Season - LCU

As a freshman Cochran would spend most of the season as a courtesy runner and was used effectively going 20 for 22 in stolen bases.  She would see some time at the plate and went 9 for 18. 

High School

A native of Frisco, Texas, Kirstie attended Friscoís Legacy Christian Academy, where she was a Second Team TAPPS All-State selection. She played in the TAPPS 3A Regional Final eliminating Lubbock Christian High School with a home run in the contest. She was a member of the Allen, Texas based AXE Fast Pitch softball amateur program. Kirstie also competed in track & field and was an All-District selection in basketball at LCA.
