- Check-in begins
promptly at 7 a.m. If you registered online, you will still need to check in at the registration table so that we can keep record of teams and provide your yellow ball if you already purchased one(they will be available for purchase at registration). Please ensure that you give yourself enough time to get checked in and be ready to hit the course at 8 a.m. There will be carts that include your team names, what hole you'll begin on, and goodie bags for each member in every cart.
- There will also be a drink cart driving around the course all day to provide refreshments. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, with lunch happening at the conclusion of the tournament/during the prize raffle and announcing of winners. There will also be a photographer there to take team photos near the clubhouse, so please be on the lookout and don't forget to stop by to have your pictures taken!
Rules
- Men – Blue tees | Seniors (65 and over) Gold tees | Women – Red tees
- Par 3’s – All men from BLUE tees. Women from Red tees
- Four-person scramble
- Ball may be moved one club length no closer to the hole (except on green)
- No score higher than par on any hole
- “YELLOW BALL” – If purchased ($60), each team may use the yellow ball for one extra shot per hole. THE TEAM MUST ALTERNATE THE PLAYER WHO HITS THE YELLOW BALL PER HOLE.
- Turn your scorecard into the Pro Shop when finished.
All rulings will be made by the Shadow Hills golf staff. If you have any questions regarding the course or rules, call the golf shop at 806-793-9700. Tee gifts will be in your cart’s basket. Winning teams prize money will be awarded after the round and scores have been posted.
