Biography

2019 (LCU) -
The New Deal native worked mainly as Lubbock Christian’s bullpen catcher, but he did get into a pair of games during the year. He came in as a pinch runner on February 10 against Cameron, coming around to score his first collegiate run in that game. He also got one at-bat during the year, coming to the plate for the first time in a March 29 game against Newman.

New Deal High School
Coronado was a decorated high school baseball player, winning awards at the district and state level. He was the 3-2A Newcomer of the Year in 2014 and named to the All-District first team in 2015. He improved again as a junior, earning the district Defensive MVP award and a spot on the Texas Sportswriters Association All-State Second Team in 2017.
