In his first season as a Chap, Brenon appeared in 19 games and hit .412 with six RBI...

Junior College
Split his junior college career in Big Spring, Texas (Howard College) and in Odessa, Texas at Odessa College... He was the Odessa College student-athlete of the Year in 2016... During the 2015 baseball season, Brenon was injured and received a medical hardship from the NJCAA so he could return to OC and play in the 2016 baseball season... During the 2016 baseball season, Brenon hit .368, with five home runs, 38 runs batted in...  As a freshman at Howard (2014), he hit .270 in 48 games played...

Was a graduate of Snyder High School in Snyder, Texas... Was an All-District First Team selection in 2013 as a senior...
