Biography

2018 (LCU)
Lucia made nine appearances on the mound, all out of the bullpen... He struck out two batters and allowed just four runs for an ERA of 2.70... Did not allow a run in five of his nine appearances. 

2017 (LCU)
During his freshman campaign, he co-led the team in appearances on the mound with 18 relief outings... He held opponents to a .213 batting average and opened the season with five consecutive appearances without allowing an earned run...

Amateur Baseball
During the summer of 2016, he played with the Rochester Ridgemen of the New York Collegiate League, where he earned an appearance in the league's All-Star Game... Made 11 appearances (10 starts) and went 3-4 with a 5.37 ERA...

Prepped locally at Lubbock, Texas’ Coronado High School playing for head coach Gary Hix... Received All-District honors and was an Academic All-State selection...
