2022 (LCU)
Hensley saw much more playing time for the Chaps this season, as the Lubbock native hit .297 in 138 at-bats. Hensley finished the season with 41 hits and scored 36 total runs. He also brought plenty of runs home for LCU, with four homers and 23 total RBIs

2021 (LCU)
Hensley played sparingly for the first month of the season, but made his first start on March 5 against Angelo State and never looked back. The sophomore ended up as the Chaps' starting second basemen for the remainder of the year, playing in 41 games overall. He hit .278 and showed and extremely good eye at the plate with 27 walks and a .418 on-base percentage. Hensley scored 32 times and drove in 29 runs while clubbing five doubles, two triples and two home runs. He was also an incredibly efficient 10-11 in stolen bases. 

2020 (Midland College)
Hensley played in eight games for the Chaparrals before the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He had 18 at-bats, tallying six hits, driving in four runs and scoring twice. In the field, he handled 23 chances without an error. 

Coronado High School
Played football and baseball for the Mustangs. As a senior, he helped Coronado capture the Bi-District and Area Championships, playing for former Chap baseball player and LCU Athletic Hall of Honor member Gary Hix. Hensley's dad, Shawn, also played for the Chaps in the 1990s under Daren Hays.
