Biography

2024 (LCU)
Ogilvie capped off his Chaparral career with another incredible performance, leading LCU to its most successful season in the NCAA Division II era. He was named an ABCA/Rawlings First Team All-American and a Second Team All-American by the NCBWA and D2CCA. He also earned All-Region First Team honors from all three organizations. The Lone Star Conference coaches named him to the league's First Team and also selected him as Player of the Year and he snagged a spot on the All-Academic Team as well. He led the nation in hits (108), runs (94) and doubles (30), while ranking second in total bases (191), ninth in sacrifice flies (8) and 11th in batting average (.429). He started all 61 games, hit 13 home runs, drove in 66 runs, reached base at a .498 clip and was a perfect 25-25 in stolen base attempts. In LCU's May 17 win against Regis, Ogilvie hit a second inning double that was the 67th of his career, making him the all-time record holder in Chap baseball history. He finished his career with 72. 

2023 (LCU)
Ogilvie had a historic year in his 2nd season as a Chap, receiving 1st Team All-American, 1st Team All-Region, and 1st Team All-Conference honors. Ogilvie started in all 58 games for the Chaps, picking up 92 hits in 228 at-bats for a .404 batting average. He hit eight home runs and had 47 RBIs with a .715 slugging percentage. Ogilvie also led the nation in runs with 89 and snagged 15 stolen bases. 

2022 (LCU)
In his first season in Lubbock, Ogilvie played in and started in 49 games, picking up 53 hits in 159 at-bats for a .333 batting average. He hit six home runs and had 25 RBIs, a slugging percentage of .566. Ogilvie also scored 43 runs and had 13 doubles.

2021 (Hill College)
Ogilvie had an incredible second season with the Rebels, leading the team in batting average (.396), on-base percentage (.563) and home runs (14). The shortstop played in all 50 games, collecting 57 hits, including 10 doubles and one triple. He drove in a team-leading 42 runs and scored 53 times himself. Ogilvie terrorized opposing catchers as well, swiping 25 bases, and he posted a .968 fielding percentage at the shortstop position. 

2020 (Hill College)
His season was cut short after 23 games due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but prior to that Ogilvie had racked up a .448 on-base percentage as a true freshman. He had 16 hits in 67 at-bats, seven of which went for extra bases. He scored 14 times himselv and drove in another seven runs.
