Biography
2021 (LCU)
In his first season in Hub City, de Jager recorded an average round score of 76.45 across 20 rounds while playing in seven tournaments. His best performance of the year came at the Palm City Classic, where de Jager finished third out of 97 competitors with a 209. In that same tournament, he shot a season best five-under 67 in the opening round.
Prior to LCU
A transfer from Odessa College, de Jager saw limited playing time for the Wranglers. In his home country of South Africa, he was a two-time winner of the Akasia Golf Club Tour (2017, '18), qualified for the Louis Oosthuisen National Club Championship in 2016, and was named the golfer of the year at his school four straight years.
