2020-21
Named the LSC Preseason Defensive Player of the Year, Muanze-Bengono played in all nine Lubbock Christian games and spent 815 minutes on the field, which was the most of any Chap player. He led the LCU defense to a goals against average of 1.67 goals per game and three shutouts. Muanze-Bengono also scored one goal during the year, hitting the game-winner against UT Tyler on 3/13. He was named to the All-LSC Third team after the season.

2019
Muanze-Bengono was named the Lone Star Conference Defensive Player of the Year, to the D2CCA All-Region Second Team and the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Second Team. He started and played in 13 games, spending more than 1000 minutes on LCU's back line during the season. He helped lead the LCU defense to a goals against average of 1.72, allowing only 205 shots and 102 shots on goal from their opponents.

2018
Appeared in 16 games (all starts) for just over 1400 minutes. Helped on the back line that allowed just 23 goals in 19 games while also contributing one goal and one assist. Shot 11 times during the season, three of which were on goal. Second Team All-Heartland Conference and United Soccer Coaches All-Region Third Team selection. 

2017
Played in just three games, making one shot on goal in 267 minutes on the field. Played on a defense that allowed 26 goals in 18 games. 

Prior to LCU
Ivan is originally from Glasgow, Scotland where he attended Holyrood Secondary School... He played his freshman season at Southwestern Christian University in the NAIA division... While at SCU, Ivan appeared in 24 games while starting in 19.
