Biography

Marcelo is originally from La Paz, Bolivia... Prior to his collegiate career, he competed at Colegio Internacional Puerto la Cruz... He is a transfer from Salem International University, a NCAA Div. II institution that competes in the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC)... In his freshman season at Salem International, Marcelo netted two goals and served up three assists for seven points in 15 appearances and five starts... As a sophomore, he made seven starts and 12 appearances for a total of 630 minutes and one goal for the Tigers.
