Biography

LCU:
2024 - Recorded 68 saves, leading the team … faced 220 shots, highest on the team … allowed 26 goals, most on the team … started 17 games, leading the team … logged five shutouts, most on the team … season-high eight saves against Adams St. on Sept. 7 … secured clean sheets against Adams St. (Sept. 7), Hawaii Pacific (Sept. 19), Dallas Baptist (Sept. 25), Okla. Christian (Oct. 19), and Northeastern St. (Sept. 12) … named to LSC All-Academic Team.

2023 - Pettigrew played in three games, including one start in his second season as a Chap. In his lone start, Pettigrew recorded a shutout on the road against Adams State (Sept. 2). He finished the season with three saves in 154 minutes of action. 

2022 - Pettigrew started three games in goal for the Chaps in his first season in Lubbock. His first career start came on Sept. 1 against Metropolitan State of Denver. Finished the season with 8 saves in 270 minutes of playing time.

2021 - Redshirted his freshman season at Midwestern State.

High School - Pettigrew was a four year letter winner under Andy Holt at Wakeland High School in Frisco, Texas. He started every game in four years, dropping only two in his high school career. In the 2019 season, Pettigrew started every game without conceding a goal to help the Wolverines to an undefeated season He helped lead the team to a 24-1-1 2020-21 season including a state championship and 11 clean sheets and was named to the 2021 All-State Tournament Team, All-State 1st Team and Academic All-State 1st Team. Pettigrew also collected All-Area 1st Team honors and was voted District 9-5A Goalkeeper of the Year. For his play, Pettigrew was earned Max Preps #1 rank in Texas and #3 in the nation among Goalkeepers and was voted Lethal Soccer Starting XI and Starting Keeper TASCO All-Star Game. With his club team Solar 03B, Pettigrew reached Got Soccer #1 rank nationally while helping his squad become the 2021 National Surf Cup Champions, 2021 Frontier Conference Champions, 2021 National League - State Cup Champions and 2020 National League Qualifier.
