In High School

Shelby comes to LCU along with her twin sister Kelsey, as they were part of back-to-back UIL Class A State Championship winning squads at Forsan High School. The Big Spring, Texas native was an All-Tournament at second base during the state championships and batted .449 leading up to the tournament to claim First Team All-State and All-District honors
