Led team with a 20-game streak of reaching base safely … All-Lone Star Conference Third Team … 36 hits, 28 runs, and 20 RBI over 37 games … Hit two home runs, including one against Texas A&M International on Feb. 28 … Season-high four hits and four RBI in a win against Valdosta State on Feb. 1 … Collected three hits and two RBI in a 16-0 win against Adams State on Feb. 6 … Totaled 10 doubles and three hit-by-pitches … Recorded seven RBI with two outs … Registered one stolen base and one sacrifice fly … Appeared primarily as right fielder, with 35 putouts and one assist … Contributed in a 5-4 win against Texas A&M International on Feb. 28 with a two-run home run … Played in 37 of the team's 58 games.

2024 (Odessa College - Redshirt Sophomore)
Played in 53 games and slashed .447/.568/.974 with 68 hits in 152 at-bats… Crushed 21 home runs and added 17 doubles, finishing with 148 total bases… Drove in 76 runs and scored 91 times—both team-leading marks… Drew 41 walks and was hit by pitch four times… Went 15-for-16 on stolen base attempts… Struck out just 24 times in 199 plate appearances… Blistered opposing pitching in conference play, hitting .554 with a 1.138 slugging percentage… Drove in 38 runs in 21 league games… Logged 2 sacrifice flies and grounded into just one double play all season… Helped propel Odessa to the NJCAA National Tournament.

Appeared in 6 games with 6 starts before redshirting due to coaching changes… Batted .368 across 19 at-bats with 7 hits and 2 runs scored… Added 1 double and 3 RBI… Reached base at a .455 clip with 1 walk and no strikeouts… Slugged .421… Logged 6 total bases and a sacrifice fly… Provided steady contact with just 2 strikeouts in limited action… Retained eligibility for the following season after redshirt designation.

Full name is Tyerra Kaaialii... Kaaialii graduated from the Leadership Academy of Nevada in May of 2021 where she was a two-time team MVP and offensive MVP while hitting over .400 during all four years of high school. Yaya was born on February 6, 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her hobbies include watching Disney movies, working out, dancing and hanging out with her family. In the future, she plans to pursue a career in pharmacology.
