2021
Hammond played in eight tournaments for the Lady Chaps, shooting an average score of 81.21 over 19 rounds. She recorded a season-low two-round 151 at the West Texas A&M Fall Invitational. Hammond finished fifth at the Warrior Invitational with a two-round 162 score. Hammond's three-round best came at the 2021 Swan Memorial, where she shot a 242. Her season-low round was a first round 75 at the West Texas A&M Fall Invitational

2020-21
In her first collegiate campaign, Hammond played in all eight tournaments, shooting an average score of 82.22 across 18 rounds. She had a top-five finish at the BU Spring Break Classic, taking fourth with a two round score of 158, which was her best mark of the year. She also finished ninth at the Oceanside CC Women's Invite, where she posted a 170. Hammond was also LCU's top finisher at the LSC Championships, where she carded a 228 over three rounds to take 24th. 

Prior to LCU
Hammond was on the varsity girls golf team all four years at Boerne Champion High School, playing for two District team championships and two Regional medals in that time. As a junior, Hammond and her Charger team qualified for the 5A Girls State Championship, where she shot a two-round score of 183. Her senior season was ended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
