Biography
2021 (LCU) -
Duarte closed September on a high note in her junior season, scoring in back-to-back games on Sept. 25 and Sept. 29 against Texas A&M-International and UT Permian Basin. She also recorded an assist on Sept. 15 against CSU-Pueblo. Her five total points were tied for the third-most on the team. Duarte finished the season with eight shots on goal of her 23 total shots attempted. She played in eleven games, starting in ten for the Lady Chaps, seeing 605 total minutes of playing time.
2020-21 (LCU) -
There was no sophomore slump for Duarte, who was tied for the team lead in points during the adjusted spring 2021 season, scoring three goals and assisting two others in 701 minutes of action. Two of her goals were game-winners, and her two assists on the season increased her career total to 10 with at least two years left to play. She also led the team with 30 shots and 14 of them on goal. Her performance earned her a spot on the All-Conference Team.
2019 (LCU) -
Duarte had a stellar start to her collegiate career, scoring a goal in her first-ever game (9/5 vs. at UCCS) and racking up five goals through her first five games played. She ended up with seven goals (two game-winners) for the year while assisting eight more for a total of 22 points. She recorded 51 shots, 24 of which were on goal. She was named the Lone Star Conference Offensive Player of the Week on September 23 and was honored on the All-Lone Star Conference Second Team at the end of the regular season.
