Lubbock Christian University Athletics

Lauren is in her sixth season with the Lady Chaps soccer program and serves as the top assistant coach working under her husband Alex.  She, like Alex, came to LCU after serving as an assistant coach at Ouachita Baptist University for their men's and women's program for three years.  She was part of two postseason runs for men and took a championship game trip with the women.  

A former student-athlete, Lauren played her freshmen year at Texas-El Paso prior to transferring to Ouachita Baptist, where she was All-Region and an All-Conference honoree.  She served as Team Captain while at OBU and holds the record for assists per game and points per game. Lauren and Alex live in Lubbock, Texas and have two children (Jade and Luke).
