2023 - Cowan saw action in 15 matches, starting in 14 of them during her first season at LCU. She logged a total of 1,228 minutes (fifth most on the team). Finished with seven shots with five being on goal (71.4 shot on goal percentage).

Arkansas State:
2022 - Saw action in 11 matches with a start in seven of them. Logged a total of 640 minutes. Recorded 2 assists and 1 shot on goal in these matches. 

2021 - Saw action in all 18 matches with a start in eight matches. Started in five of the 10 conference matches. Logged a total of 943 minutes to assist Arkansas State to its second consecutive regular season title. Finished with four shots in four different matches with the shot against Appalachian State landing on goal.

2020-2021 - Played in 12 of 17 matches, helping A-State to its first Sun Belt Conference regular season championship. Had one shot on the season.

High School - Led Burleson Centennial to its first district championship in five years as a senior. The Lady Spartans finished undefeated at 17-0-4. Scored 14 goals and added 10 assists in senior campaign. Three-time All-Johnson County selection. Played club soccer for Spart FC 02 Elite. Advanced to 2018 U.S. Youth Soccer National Championships.
