2023 (LCU)
Gibson hit .319 in 207 at-bats, starting in 58 games in his second season in the Hub City. He finished the season with 13 home runs, 16 doubles, and two triples. Gibson also drove in 55 runs for the Chaps and had a .388 slugging percentage.Â
2022 (LCU)
In his first year with LCU, Gibson hit .324 in 176 at-bats, starting in 49 games for the Chaps. His 57 hits were fifth-most on the team, while his 46 RBIs tied for the second-most. Gibson also cranked six home runs over the fence, along with 15 doubles.
2021 (Midland College)
Gibson played in 43 games for the Chaparrals, batting a team-leading .407 with an on-base percentage of .508. In 145 at-bats, he collected 59 hits, including 10 doubles and seven home runs while also adding in 20 walks. He scored 47 runs himself and drove in another 39 on the year.Â
2020 (Midland College)
As a true freshman, Gibson hit .328 in 20 games before the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He had three doubles and four home runs, along with six walks and a .429 on-base percentage. Gibson drove in 15 runs and scored 14 times.
