XC
In four meets, she posted a season-best 6K time of 26:20.3 at the LSC Preview Meet, where she finished 30th individually.

Competed in the 800m and the mile during the indoor season. At the LSC Indoor Championships, she placed 12th in the mile with a time of 5:38.47
2017-18
XC
Raced five times during the season and finished 26th individually at the Heartland Conference Championships with a time of 24:23.2. She also ran on the distance medley relay team at that meet, finishing seventh. Outdoor season saw Winski compete only in the 1500m and 800m and only in th 1500m at the LSC Outdoor Championships where she finished 22nd with a time of 5:21.81

Ran a number of different events during indoor season before competing in the 800-meter the mile and on a 4X400 team at the LSC Indoor Championships. She finished 12th in the 800 (2:26.55), 17th in the mile (5:43.82) and seventh in hte 4X400 (4:22.82). During outdoor season, Winski mainly ran the 800m and the 1500m, competing in both at the conference meet. She PRed in the 1500m there with a time of 5:02.22 to finish 10th and placed 11th in the 800 with a time of 2:25.72.
2016-17
Took 13th overall at the South Plains College Cross Country Invitational with a 19:55.00... 15th overall at the Texas Tech Cross Country Open with a 24:50.10... Finished 28th overall at the 2016 Heartland Conference Cross Country Championships... Ran the third leg of the Distance Medley Relay team that placed third at the Lone Star Indoor Track Championships... Fourth place in the 800-meter event at the War Hawk Outdoor Classic.
2015-16
Took second place overall at the Buffalo Stampede during the cross country season in Canyon, Texas with a time of 23:36.90.
High School
A product of Morton Ranch High School in her native Katy, Texas, Julia comes to LCU after competing in track and cross country for MRHS. She was part of their track team's District 19-5A title in 2014 as a junior and claimed All-District (19-6A) honors her senior season (2014) in cross country. Julia holds the third best 800-meter and 1600-meter track times in her high school's history.
