HOW IT HAPPENED• After a scoreless first half, LCU scored 6:51 into the second half with Fogarty-Cameron scoring an unassisted goal.
• LCU had a 6-2 advantage in corner kicks.
• The Chaps had a 3-1 advantage in shots on goal. Alex Becerra produced DBUs lone shot on goal and it did not come until the 85th minute.
GAME NOTES• LCU won consecutive games for the first time since Sept. 11 & 13.
• Fogarty-Cameron claimed his team-leading sixth goal of the season. He has goals in consecutive games for the second string of games this season.
• The shutout was LCU's second of the season and they now have shutouts in consecutive games. LCU's last shutout on the road in a conference game came on Oct. 28, 2013 at St. Edward's. Thursday marked LCU's 24th shutout in program history (12th on the road) and the fourth under head coach
Lee Williams. LCU has not had consecutive shutouts since Oct. 26 and 28th of 2013.
• Putnam, who only had to make one save, recorded his third career shutout, but his first in a conference game. He has an active shutout sequence of 158:03, which is a career high.
• Fogarty-Cameron's goal marked the fourth time this season the Chaps opened the game's scoring. It is the second consecutive game in which the Chaps have scored first. LCU is 3-1-0 when scoring first.
• LCU is now 3-0-0 all-time against Dallas Baptist and 2-0 in games played against DBU in Dallas.
• LCU is 3-2-0 this season in road competition. They are 8-4-0 on the road all-time under head coach
