ROGERS STATE (5-4-1, 0-2-0) at LUBBOCK CHRISTIAN (4-3-2, 1-1-0)
Thursday, October 8th - 1:00 p.m.
Frenship Soccer Stadium (Wolfforth, Texas)

CHAPS FLIGHT DECK
•   The Lubbock Christian University Chaparrals play their final home games of the season, hosting Rogers State Thursday and Oklahoma Christian Saturday.
•   The Chaps are 4-3-2 on the season and are without a loss (1-0-1) in their last two games. They are coming off a 2-2 tie with No.2 Midwestern State on Monday. The new NSCAA rankings came out Tuesday and MSU was promoted to No.1.
•   LCU remains home amidst a seven-game homestand, where they are 2-2-2 this season (3-3-1 last season at home). LCU is 5-5-3 all-time at home under Lee Williams (3-3-0 all-time under Williams in conference home games) and 26-13-7 all-time overall at home.

STORY LINES
•   LCU has had three of their last five contests end in overtime. The overtimes place LCU with an all-time overall record of 8-2-12 in games ending in an overtime loss. They are 0-1-2 this season in overtime games.
•   The Chaps have out-shot their opponent in all but one game this season, and that came Monday with Midwestern State out-shooting LCU. Fitting since MSU is the only team ahead of LCU in shots per game nationally.  LCU leads the Heartland Conference in shots per game (23.1), which ranks second nationally.
•   Tommy Fogarty-Cameron had a career-high streak of goals in four consecutive games come to an end Monday in their 2-2 draw with Midwestern State. It was Kwame Adu-Wusu doing the honor Monday with a career-high two-goal game against the Mustangs. Due to a red card he received in the game, LCU will be without his services Thursday.
•   The Chaps are home for seven consecutive home games and it serves as their longest home stand in program history. Oct. 10 will not only end the homestand, but it will serve as the final home game, as they will then head to the road for their final six games of the season.  The Oct. 10 home finale also serves as "Senior Day," as Mbongeni Ndlovu, Lennard Hansen and Chase Williams will play their final regular season home games as a Chap.
•   LCU averages 9.1 shots on goal per game, which is ninth nationally. Even with LCU ranking in the top 10 nationally in shots per game and shots on goal per game They do not have an individual ranking in the top-100 nationally in either category. Fogarty-Cameron ranks in the top five in the conference in the category and ranks 108th nationally in shots per game (2.9).
•   The Chaps are 15-4-0 all-time in Heartland Conference contests and 6-4-0 all-time in Heartland Conference home games.

SCOUTING RSU
•   The Hillcats are 5-4-1 on the season and coming off a 1-0 double overtime loss to No.8 St. Edward's, which has them in a four-game winless streak (0-3-1).
•   RSU is coming off an 7-10-2 season a year ago (3-5-0 in conference). They went 3-4-0 on the road last season and are off to a 1-1-0 road record this season. RSU is the only current Heartland Conference member not eligible for postseason play, as they are still completing their full membership process.
•   The Heartland Conference selected RSU tied for sixth in the preseason polls.
•   Danko Kenjic (5g,4a) and Dylan Beaird (7g) co-lead RSU with 14 points. Neither have been able to garner a point in their prior three games.
•   Beaird's seven goals co-leads the Heartland Conference.

SERIES HISTORY WITH RSU
•   LCU is 4-0-2 all-time against the Hillcats to lead the series.
•   The two teams played last season in Lubbock, with LCU winning 5-3 via a two-goal performance from Fogarty-Cameron.
•   LCU is 2-0-1 in the all-time series in games played in Lubbock.
