CHAPS FLIGHT DECK
• Lubbock Christian University returns home from a two-game road stint to take on a No. 17 ranked St. Edward's squad at LCU Soccer Field.
• The Chaps are coming off of their first conference win of the season following a 1-0 victory at Newman University.
• Thursday's game will begin a four-game home stand for the Chaps. LCU is 29-19-9 all-time in home contests and 8-10-3 in home conference games since joining the Heartland in 2013.
STORY LINES
• Five of the Chaparral's last six games have been decided by one goal or less. In both of their wins, LCU has shutout their opponent.
• St. Edward's will be Lubbock Christian's second ranked opponent of the season. The Chaps hold a 2-7-4 all-time record against ranked foes with their most recent win coming in a 1-0 result over a then No. 13 ranked St. Edward's team in 2013 (10/28/13).

• The Hilltoppers head into Thursday's tilt tied for first in Heartland Conference standings with a 5-1-0 overall record and 2-0-0 mark in conference matches.
• As a team, SEU has dished out 12 assists for the year, a feat which ranks them first in the Heartland, 19
th nationally, in the category.
• St. Edward's is averaging 2.17 goals per game. Dylan Armstrong leads the team with four goals.
• Keeper William Tuffin has allowed four goals in 540:00 played, producing three shutouts for the Hilltoppers.
• SEU has attempted two penalty kicks this season with Armstrong converting on both of them.
SERIES HISTORY WITH SEU
St. Edward's leads the all-time series with a 3-1-0 record over the Chaparrals. In their previous meeting, the Hilltoppers toppled Lubbock Christian 3-0 (9/22/16) in Austin, Texas, handing the Chaps their first conference loss of the 2016 season. LCU's lone win came in a 1-0 victory on SEU's home field in 2013.
