SAN ANTONIO, Texas (November 10, 2018) – The Lubbock Christian University Chaparrals seek their first 2-0 start since the 2010-11 season Saturday, as they remain in San Antonio to face No.18 Regis (Colo.) at 5 p.m. inside Bill Greehey Arena.
FIVE FACTS ABOUT REGIS
- The Regis Rangers also opened their season Friday with a victory, as they defeated St. Mary's 86-85.
-The Rangers won their first Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championship last season and received the top votes in Preseason Coaches' Poll.
- Jarrett Brodbeck was selected as Preseason Player of the Year, securing a spot on the Preseason All-RMAC Team as well, as last season, he broke the program record for most three-pointers in a single season (99) while shooting 39.3 percent from the field.
