LCU HIGHLIGHTS
- LCU held No. 14 West Texas A&M off the scoreboard for the first 62:14 and with two shots on goal during the span until their first goal was scored.
- Conner Dean had three of LCU's five shots.
- WTAMU had 15 shots, but LCU held them to five on goal.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
- After a scoreless first half, WTAMU netted the first goal in the 63rd minute with Ivan Ulloa netting his fifth goal of the season.
- An insurance goal was added 4:09 later in the 67th minute by Julio Vargas, who converted on a pass from Lucca Lima, who assisted on both Buffs goals.
- Conner Dean had LCU's only shot on goal following the pair of WT goals, but the shot was stopped by Alex Vencel, who recorded a two-save shutout.

GAME NOTES
- LCU dropped to 3-3-0 all-time in conference tournament contests (1-1 in Heartland Conference Tournaments).
- LCU was out-shot 15-5 marking 10 of the last 11 contests played in which LCU was out-shot by their opposition.
- LCU was limited to two shots on goal.  They had three shots on goal or less in 11 of their 19 games this season (LCU went 4-6-1 in those contests).
- Dean had three of LCU's five shots and was joing by Louis Callaghan and Marcelo Pacheco, each had a shot.
