HOW IT HAPPENED
- Joao Gabriel Andrade struck first for Eastern New Mexico receiving a pass just outside of 18-yard box and lofting a shot over LCU's
Braxton Thorne in the 31
st minute.
- Kouakou got into the mix in the 52
nd minute with a loose ball finish.
Richie Vaca-Cordova originally fired in a cross that found the head of
Ivan Muanze-Bengono. Muanze-Bengono fired at the goal forcing the Eastern New Mexico keeper to make a deflection save.
Armand Kouakou found himself in the right position to the deflection and find the back of the net.
GAME NOTES
- The result marks the first draw of the season for Lubbock Christian keeping them tied for first-place with the Greyhounds in the Western Division of Heartland Conference standings.
- Starting Chap defender
Jonathan Woods was forced to exit early from the contest after suffering an injury in the opening period.
