OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (April 6, 2019) – Lubbock Christian University fell 3-2 in their final game of a weekend three-game set at Oklahoma Christian Saturday at Tom Heath Field.

LCU had the bases loaded with two outs in the fifth inning trailing 3-2, as OC re-entered starting pitcher Kali Crandall, who was able to retire the final seven batters in order .
How it Happened:
- A two-out single by Kaylie Upton led to an RBI and and an unearned run scoring to give OC a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning.
- OC added to the lead with a pair of unearned runs in the second inning, which the Lady Eagles highlighted with a RBI-single from Sydney Smith for a 3-0 lead.
- K'leigh Arredondo led off the fourth inning with a double and eventually scored on a fielder's choice hit into by Megan Darling to place LCU with their first run.
- LCU would end the fourth inning with the bases loaded and they also left he bases loaded in the fifth inning, but not before Savannah Wysocki scored on a wild pitch.

- The loss places LCU with a 6-3 record in games decided by a run. Their last two losses have been by a run margin.
