Thursday will be the sixth meeting all time between the Chaps and Patriots. LCU is undefeated against UTT, holding a 5-0 record. The Chaps beat the Patriots 58-48 on the road last season.

LCU wrapped up their New Mexico road trip with a hard fought 71-61 victory over Western New Mexico Saturday afternoon (Jan. 20).
The Chaparrals had four players score in double figures, led by
Tiras Morton, who had 18 points and two blocks.
Aaron Gonzales tacked on 16 points and six rebounds and
Kurt Wegscheider helped out with 12 points off of the bench.
The LCU defense dominated in the win, holding WNMU to 15.4 percent (2-of-13) shooting from behind the arc. The Chaps totaled four blocks and six steals on the defensive end.
Last Time Out – UT Tyler
UT Tyler's John Barbee went for a career-high 29 points in a 66-60 loss to Texas A&M-Kingsville on Saturday afternoon inside the Herrington Patriot Center.
Barbee led the Patriots in rebounding with nine rebounds as well for the career afternoon for the Tacoma, Wash. product. That afternoon was out-shined by a strong second half of play from Texas A&M-Kingsville that saw the Javelinas outscore the Patriots 41-to-29.
