LAWTON, Okla. - The Lubbock Christian University Baseball team defeated Cameron 13-2 on Sunday, in route to sweeping the four game series with the Aggies.
Andrew Duran had an impressive outing on the mound for the Chaps, going 5.1 innings and striking out seven Aggie batters. He faced 24 total batters allowing just five hits and one earned run.
Jacob Gutierrez lead the LCU offense going 3-for-4 and drove in three runs. Of Gutierrez's three hits two were for extra bases (double and home run).
Nate Van Maanen and
Frayner Chavez also added two RBIs each.

- LCU started hot picking up a run in the first when Van Maanen drove in
Carson Ogilvie with an RBI single.

- The Chaps scored their 13th and final run off a
Ryan Ball RBI single.
