In the third inning, LCU expanded their lead to five runs as Rhett Clark and Nate Van Maanen both blasted solo homers.

Johnny Gomez III connected on his third homer of the weekend in the fifth inning. Blasting a solo shot to center to give the Chaps a 7-1 lead.

The Chaps took a 10-3 lead into the final frame before Ogilvie added an extra insurance run with a solo home run to center field. The Javelians added a run in the bottom of the inning, but LCU coasted to a 10-4 win.
