2015-16 (JUNIOR): Appeared in 33 games and averaged 4.2 points a game, with 34 three-pointers hit and a 42% shooting mark from long range. She was 50% (18/36) from three-point range in non-conference games, tied for second on the squad with the 18 three-pointers. Was second on the squad in home games with 19 three-pointers hit at home with a 52.8% shooting mark at home. Bailey hit five three pointers in a game twice, including a 5-for-6 shooting performance from long distance on Mar. 11 against Angelo State in the NCAA South Central Region Tournament. She was 6-of-7 from three-point range (85.7%) in the NCAA postseason.

2014-15 (SOPHOMORE): Led the Heartland Conference in three-point shooting percentage in her first season with the Lady Chaps (46.3%). She ranked fifth in the conference with 57 three-pointers. Averaged 9.2 points a game and appeared in all 28 games (20 starts).

2013-14 (FRESHMAN): Haist spent her freshman season at Otero Junior College in Colorado. She appeared in 24 games and made 20 starts, averaging 12.2 points and 2.8 rebounds. Haist ranked 16th in the NJCAA in three-point shooting with a 43.7% shooting mark (59/135). She had five games of 20 or more points, with a high of 25 on Jan.31 against Lamar Community College. Haist also contributed 49 assists and nailed 59 three-pointers.

HIGH SCHOOL: The Colorado Springs, Colo. native prepped at Vanguard Charter Academy and was on a 25-2 squad her senior season. She averaged 17.6 points, 4.7 assists and 5.9 steals her senior campaign en route to All-Conference and All-State honors.
