2018-2019 (Junior): Hitting arguably one of the biggest shots in program history, her three-pointer with 2.5 seconds left in overtime helped force double overtime, in which LCU won to claim their second NCAA Division II national title... The three-pointer was part of a 22-point, 13-rebound double-double performance in the title game win over Southwestern Oklahoma State, which helped lead to Chitsey receiving Elite Eight Tournament All-Tournament Team accolades... All- Tournament Team and MVP honors at the Heartland Conference Tournament after setting the program tournament scoring record averaging 20.3 points per
contest on 59% (23/39) shooting... She posted at least 10 points in 18 of the final 19 games (topping 20 in seven of the games), which finished her season averaging 13.8 points per game on the season... Finished the season fourth in the region in blocks (54), eighth in blocks per game (1.5) and seventh in field goals (191)... Chitsey was a Heartland Conference preseason and regular season All-Heartland Conference selection this season.

2017-2018 (Sophomore): Had a break-out season with 380 points (11.5 average) and 167 rebounds (5.1 average) en route to claiming All-Heartland Conference Honors... Started in all 33 games and produced 19 games of at least 10 points... She ranked third in the Heartland Conference in blocks (33)... Converted on 148 field goals to rank sixth in the Heartland Conference...

2016-2017 (Freshman): Appeared in 15 contests as a freshman and was a 50-percent shooter from the field on 20 attempts, averaging 1.7 points an appearance averaging 6.2 minutes a game... Averaged 3.0 points a game at home and 2.6 points a game in Heartland Conference competition...

HIGH SCHOOL
Maddi is the younger sister of current Lady Chap Bobbi Chitsey and comes to LCU from Wall High School in Wall, Texas... She is a three-time TGCA and TABC All-State selection... The post was part of Wall’s 2013 and 2016 Class 2A state championship team and claimed the MVP honors for the title game in both games... The three-time all-district selection also claimed all-district, all-region and all-state honors in tennis...
