2019-20 (FRESHMAN): Made her LCU debut on 11/8/19 against Colorado State - Pueblo and eventually made 15 appearances in her first season with the Lady Chaps... Her season high was a four-point performance against Wester New Mexico (2/29/20)... Was 5-of-11 from the field in her final four appearances of the season...
HIGH SCHOOL
Winfrey continues a long tradition of recruits making the LCU roster from Canyon, Texas and Canyon High School, (Channing Cunyus and Winfrey were teammates at Canyon)... Had an enjoyable senior season (2018-19), claiming All-State honors in basketball and cross country and also Academic All-State honors in cross country... Claimed District 3-4A MVP accolades as well her senior campaign...
PERSONAL
Majoring in Humanities... Her father, Todd Winfrey, played at Monterrey High School in Lubbock for LCU coaches Steve Gomez and Vic Self.
