Kaelie joins the LCU roster after a standout multi-sport career at Denison High School... A dominant presence in the paint and on the glass, Massenburg was named the 2024–25 All-Texomaland Player of the Year by the Herald Democrat following a stellar senior season in which she surpassed 1,000 career points... She was also recognized as a THSCA Academic All-State honoree and earned First Team All-District 9-5A honors... A versatile athlete, Massenburg also competed in volleyball and track & field, showcasing her athleticism across multiple disciplines... Her accolades began early, earning All-District recognition as a freshman (2021–22) and continuing as an All-District selection again in 2022–23, establishing herself as one of North Texas’ top frontcourt players... On the club circuit, she sharpened her skills with Texas Elite, helping elevate her game against elite regional competition.
