Sophomore Season
In 2013, Edwards earned All-Heartland Team honors and was tabbed Heartland Hitter of the Week. Her 78 total blocks led the team, as did her .256 attack percentage, and she was second in kills with 318. Edwards set a career-high with 21 kills versus McMurry (11/15/13) and also notched 20 kills at Texas A&M International (10/17/13).
 
Freshman Season
Edwards had an impactful freshman season for the Lady Chaps, claiming All-SAC Honorable Mention honors after tallying 162 kills at a rate of 2.08 kills per set. The middle blocker’s 54 blocks tied for a team second best and her 12 solo blocks was third most on the team.
 
High School
Edwards was a four-time All-District selection at Brock High School and a two-time Texas Sports Writers Association All-State recipient. She claimed Parker County Hitter of the Year honors as a while claiming District 10-2A MVP honors and Weatherford Democrat All-Parker County Co-MVP accolades. Edwards helped Club Texas to amateur nationals Texas and was also a member of Brock’s State Championship girls’ basketball team in 2009.  Off the court, she earned Academic All-District honors.
