Roberts became an assistant for the Lady Chap volleyball program in January of 2011 after serving as an assistant manager in the LCU Bookstore. The Canyon, Texas, native graduated from LCU with a degree in Organizational Communications in December of 2008 and was the head coach of the Lubbock Christian High School volleyball program in 2010.
Prior to her coaching career, Roberts was a member of the Lady Chap volleyball team under current head coach Jennifer Lawrence. The middle blocker redshirted in 2004 and suited up from 2005-2007, claiming All-Sooner Athletic Conference in 2006 (Honorable Mention) and 2007 (Second Team). Roberts collected 860 kills and 200 block assists during her career.
Brittany and her husband, Jordan, have a two-year old son, Cooper. Roberts’ father, Gary Hix, was a member of LCU's 1983 National Championship baseball team.
