The outside hitter racked up 904 career digs, 189 career blocks and 200 career service aces... Had a tremendous senior season (2023) resulting in 587 kills, 432 assists, 357 digs, 80 blocks, 53 aces and a .374 hitting percentage en route to District 2-6A MVP, Class 6A All-State honors (Texas Girls Coaches Association and the Texas High School Coaches Association), the Joby Flores 33 Lead Foundation’s Volleyball Player of the Year award and Midland Reporter-Telegram Player of the Year selections... Greater Texas Ford Female Athlete of the Month following her final season... THSCA Academic All-State honors... Tallied 546 kills and 54 blocks, while collecting 537 assists as a setter her junior season (2020), which helped claim her a spot in the All-State All-Star Volleyball Match... Also participated in the the Permian Basin FCA All-Star Game... Her mother Lilian Chavez was a setter and a libero at Sul Ross State, her father Derric Workman played basketball at Sul Ross State and brother Jay played basketball at UT Permian Basin and LCU...
