A four-year letterwinner in volleyball at Pampa High School in Pampa, Texas, where her high school career jumpstarted with District 4-4A Newcomer of the Year honors in 2019... Frequently honored with Athlete of the Week and Pre and Postseason Super Team honors by Amarillo Globe-News, Floyd was a recognized with district honors in all four seasons, including claiming Offensive Player of the Year accolades in 2021 after she had 91 aces, 598 kills (earned her 1,000th), 55 blocks and 370 digs... Senior campaign (2022) concluded with 418 kills with a .220 hitting percentage, 321 digs and 45 blocks, resulting in All-District 4-4A accolades... A two-time Texas Sports Writer’s Association (TSWA) All-State Team (4A outside hitter) selection, claiming First Team in 2021 as a junior and Honorable Mention as a senior... Also competed on the Pampa girl's basketball team...
