PREVIOUS MEETING
Regis and LCU have already met twice this season at PlainsCapital Park, with the previous meeting resulting in a 7-5 LCU win on Feb. 5. In the first inning of game two, after two quick outs, the Lady Chaps found themselves in a two-out hole when Lindzi Clemmer singled, Sydney Beuthien singled then Addison Ard doubled scoring both Clemmer and Beuthien. Annika Schwartzenberg drove in Ard and Alyssa Hanks doubled scoring Schwartzenberg putting LCU on top 4-0. Clemmer's shot to right field in the second inning plated Medina giving the Lady Chaps a 5-0 lead.

Regis scored a run in the fourth inning, three in the sixth and another one in the seventh to rally back, putting pressure on Lubbock Christian. Monique Garcia (2-0) started in the circle going f5.2 innings before finding herself in a jam with the tying run at the plate. Coach Daren Hays brought in  Katlyn Holmes to get the final four outs earning her first save of the year. Logan Losh started for the Rangers and went five innings allowing seven runs on 10 hits.

SOUTHERN ARKANSAS
This will be the first ever meeting between the two teams

NORTHWESTERN OKLAHOMA STATE
Lady Chaps lead the series 18-1

PREVIOUS MEETING
Like Regis, LCU has already played NWOSU twice this season, as the teams met in Lubbock. LCU won both games, including a 14-4 decision on Feb. 5. LCU only managed to get one run in the first inning after leadoff batter Courtney Medina drew a walk and then stole second base and third base. Casey Ingram then shot a laser through the left side to bring Medina home. The Lady Chaps opened the floodgates in the second inning scoring 13 runs on 11 hits, aided by three Ranger errors. Sending 19 batters to the plate, Lubbock Christian only had two extra-base hits on the way to a 14-0 lead.

Starter Katlyn Holmes went four innings, allowing one run while striking out two before giving way to Allie Calderon, who pitched the final inning for the Lady Chaps. Calderon allowed three runs on three hits striking out one. NWOSU sent Madison Garza to the circle, where she lasted only 1.3 innings after giving up seven runs on eight hits. She was relieved by Jalena Arthur, who went the final 2.2 innings giving up an additional seven runs on nine hits.
