Inside the Numbers:
.318 – LCU went from a .184 attack mark Thursday (their second lowest in a win this season) to winning with an attack mark of .318 Saturday (their second highest in a win this season behind a mark of .328 against Emporia State). The effort marks the second time this season LCU has an attack percentage higher than .300. The .318 attack percentage was also LCU's highest on the road since a .395 attack percentage on Oct. 29, 2016 at TAMIU.
14 – LCU improved to 14-0 all-time against TAMIU and they have now won 10 of the 14 all-time meetings in straight sets.
-.071 – While LCU was enjoying their play at the net, the same can not be said for TAMIU, who produced an attack percentage of -.071. Ironically, the mark by TAMIU was the worst by an LCU opponent since TAMIU had a mark of -.102 on Oct. 1, 2016 in Laredo (more on that match below).
20 – TAMIU was held to 20 kills in the match, which is the fewest by an LCU opponent since TAMIU had 15 against LCU on Oct. 1, 2016.
6 – The double-double for Bradi Marshall (29 assists, 10 digs) was her team-leading sixth of the season.
7 – The win marked LCU's seventh straight victory, which is their longest since they won 11 straight in September of 2011.
34 – The Lady Chaps 34 kills was their fewest total in a victory since producing 34 against Texas – Permian Basin on Oct. 4, 2016.
11 – Ashley Vanfleet led LCU in kills for a second straight match with 11 kills.
.433 – LCU had a .433 attack percentage in the second set, which is their best mark for a single set this season. It was their best mark in a set since they had a mark of .471 on Oct. 21, 2017 against Arkansas - Fort Smith.
