Lubbock Christian and Texas Woman's have yet to secure a spot in this season's Lone Star Conference Championships, with both teams needing a result to ensure a postseason berth. Additionally, both teams are in contention to host the opening round, with a win guaranteeing that advantage. A loss, however, would leave the Lady Chaps or Pioneers relying on other conference results, requiring at least one lower-ranked team to lose in order to advance to the postseason.
