RICHARDSON, Texas – The Lone Star Conference announced postseason awards for Baseball Wednesday night at the championship banquet in Lubbock. Senior Carson Ogilvie, junior Brevin McCool, and the Chap coaching staff highlighted the night for LCU.

Ogilvie took home the league's top honor, being named the Lone Star Conference Player of the Year. The Spring, Texas native, hit .423 in the regular season and led the conference in hits (85), triples (seven), doubles (23), runs scored (75) and slugging percentage (.786).
